What up peeps? While i was making my runs this past turkey day, I saw many people out there jogging and walking their dogs. It was a pleasant thing to see that there are some folks that take their health seriously. Don't wait until the new year to make your resolution to get in shape and then come up short in the first few months or less. Get it in now and do what you have to do. It's like this: if you have time to eat, sleep, and work, then you have time to exercise.
