Summa Time ;)

What up peeps? It's getting hot outside yall! It's not to late to work on that body and get fit. Don't say, "Well summer is already here so why not wait until it gets cooler, then I will work out." Do it now! Believe me when I say working out will make you feel good, look good, sleep better, and have a more positive out look on life. But you have to get into the fight baby....

But let me say this before I go for the day. Don't half ass do it. You have to push yourself if you want to see results. Eat right and work out to start three times a week for the first month. Or if you really serious about gettin it in, do it daily. But listen to your body. Your body isn't saying I need a doughnut. That's all you. Your body is craving for you to treat it right. Watch your intake and GET FIT!

Seriously....?

What up peeps? If you are serious about your fitness, I hope that you got up this morning and worked out! I hope that you are eating right right now. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So don't start your day with a bunch of junk. If you are serious about working out and changing your diet then how about this: High protein and fiber diet, and working out vigorously at least 5 x's a week? You can do it. Have faith in yourself.... Break out of your comfort zone and comfort foods and get into the fight of life baby!

FYI: Did you know that working out adds years onto you life? I don't know about you but, I want to see my great grand kids ;)
