What up peeps? If you are serious about your fitness, I hope that you got up this morning and worked out! I hope that you are eating right right now. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So don't start your day with a bunch of junk. If you are serious about working out and changing your diet then how about this: High protein and fiber diet, and working out vigorously at least 5 x's a week? You can do it. Have faith in yourself.... Break out of your comfort zone and comfort foods and get into the fight of life baby!
FYI: Did you know that working out adds years onto you life? I don't know about you but, I want to see my great grand kids ;)
