What up peeps? Yes I know it has been a while since my last post but, I am here now! :) I know with todays economy that it is hard to join a gym or even obtain a personal trainer like myself. But, don't let that stop you from staying fit. Get out there and do what you have to do to feel good and eventually look good. Push ups, sit ups, squats, and jogging don't cost you anything but a little of your time....
Don't say that you don't have time. Make time for your health. WE all have at least 30 minutes a day to do some sort of exercise. No excuses please. Start a new today. Tomorrow is not promised. And that is real talk baby!

You got 20 minutes?
What up peeps? You know that advertising over the years has made things easier to peak your interest and get what they are selling. Same thing with getting fit! In just 20 minutes you can get a good workout. Now if you can't find the time for just 20 minutes -- then you might need some intervention. LOL! The key is your workout has to be intense! Love making can be intense, soooooooooooo why not working out?
Here is what you can do: jump rope for 2 minutes, then go into your mountain climbers for 1 minute. Next an alternating sprinters lung for 1 minute (A sprinters lung is when you lung forward then push back up to your starting position through the heel of your foot) followed by jogging in place for another minute. Then push-ups for 2 minutes - not str8 but, 2 minutes worth of push-ups with like a 10 second rest from the time you stopped - then do dips on a chair for 1 minutes or until fatigue. Rest for 2 1/2 minutes then start another routine of your choice or keep doing the circuit you just completed.

No Excuses
What up peeps? I have something to share with you. I have a lower back problem that I have had for years! It got worse when I was in a car accident in '06. Sometimes my back hurts so bad -- could be a herniated disk -- that I have to start off on my hands and knees to get to my feet. I know that I won't be able to run as fast as I used to, or lift as much as I used to in the weight room. BUT, I still try. I am not going to let this issue stop me from getting my workouts in. So don't let an injury or just being lazy keep you from getting some kind of physical activity in on a daily basis. It's mind over matter. Remember the little engine that could? Well get over that hill baby!

Summa Time ;)
What up peeps? It's getting hot outside yall! It's not to late to work on that body and get fit. Don't say, "Well summer is already here so why not wait until it gets cooler, then I will work out." Do it now! Believe me when I say working out will make you feel good, look good, sleep better, and have a more positive out look on life. But you have to get into the fight baby....
But let me say this before I go for the day. Don't half ass do it. You have to push yourself if you want to see results. Eat right and work out to start three times a week for the first month. Or if you really serious about gettin it in, do it daily. But listen to your body. Your body isn't saying I need a doughnut. That's all you. Your body is craving for you to treat it right. Watch your intake and GET FIT!

Seriously....?
What up peeps? If you are serious about your fitness, I hope that you got up this morning and worked out! I hope that you are eating right right now. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So don't start your day with a bunch of junk. If you are serious about working out and changing your diet then how about this: High protein and fiber diet, and working out vigorously at least 5 x's a week? You can do it. Have faith in yourself.... Break out of your comfort zone and comfort foods and get into the fight of life baby!
FYI: Did you know that working out adds years onto you life? I don't know about you but, I want to see my great grand kids ;)

On this day....
What up peeps? Make this day a good one. Get up and work out. Warm up the body first by jumping rope or doing some aerobics. Then get in a nice stretch before you start your workout! Start your workout by working your abs. You should have a nice sweat by now. After your workout routine, stretch again for about five minutes and your done! Now don't you feel good?

Abdominal Workout
What up Peeps? Want a flat stomach or a six pack? Here's a taste of what you need to do:
Toe touches
Crunches
Reverse crunches
Prayer crunch
Side to side ankle touch
Oblique’s each side
Legs in the air toe touches
Six inches
Walking six inches
Bicycle 1 minute
Plank 30 seconds
Mountain climbs 30 sec.
Elbow to knee 10 each side
Knees to chest raise
But remember, you have to eat right! Or this will not work for you baby....
