What up peeps? You know that advertising over the years has made things easier to peak your interest and get what they are selling. Same thing with getting fit! In just 20 minutes you can get a good workout. Now if you can't find the time for just 20 minutes -- then you might need some intervention. LOL! The key is your workout has to be intense! Love making can be intense, soooooooooooo why not working out?
Here is what you can do: jump rope for 2 minutes, then go into your mountain climbers for 1 minute. Next an alternating sprinters lung for 1 minute (A sprinters lung is when you lung forward then push back up to your starting position through the heel of your foot) followed by jogging in place for another minute. Then push-ups for 2 minutes - not str8 but, 2 minutes worth of push-ups with like a 10 second rest from the time you stopped - then do dips on a chair for 1 minutes or until fatigue. Rest for 2 1/2 minutes then start another routine of your choice or keep doing the circuit you just completed.
