What up peeps? I mentioned this before and I am going to say it again. NEVER STRETCH COLD MUSCLES! It is always best to warm up before you start stretching or pumping iron. You have to give your muscles time to loosen up. It is imperative that you do this so you won’t cause injury. So please, for your own good take heed to what I am saying and pass it on.
