What up peeps? With all of the posts that I previously shared, have you all been following through? Hopefully you have b/c we need to take care of our body so it will take care of us.
Have you tried to improve your balance? Here is a good routine that I would recommend you try. First position: hands in the air standing on one foot. Then lean forward and try to have your torso and leg parallel to the floor. Hold this position for eight seconds and repeat for three sets, then switch legs. There are several other balancing routines that I will share with you later so stay tuned!
