It heals all your ills....

What up peeps? Do you wake up in the morning with aches and pains and feel like you need more than the 8 hrs sleep that you just got up from? If you feel like this then you definitely need to work out as soon as possible! Let me share a couple of techniques with you that will get you on the fast track to feeling and looking good:

1. If you are having lower back pains or have a bulging disk, you need YOGA in your life ASAP! Strengthen up your core. Strong abs will have your back feeling better.

2. Here is something you can do to get your joints (tendons) strong. Get into a starting push up position and hold it there. Or hold on the down position for thirty seconds. These will strengthen the tendons in your elbows and wrist. It will also build up your abs, shoulders, and pectoral muscles. I suggest 3 - 4 sets with a 30 second rest. Do this consistently and you will feel a difference in no time!
