Lets have some fun with it!

What up peeps? Hey, are you tired of doing the same routine in the gym or at home and not getting the results you like? Well maybe it’s because you are doing the same routine. The key is to confuse your muscles. Add some spice to your work out. Do something different instead of the same ole same ole. For example: dumbbell arm curls. How about hold one in the curl position (half way up) while you’re doing a set with the other, then switch. Now that is some confusion for your -- ha, ha, ha, ha!!!!!!
