What's key....?

What up peeps? Are you not getting the results you think you should have from your workouts? Well, how often are you working out? You can’t expect to look good if your workouts are sporadic. You have to be consistent and willing to sacrifice some of your time to get the look you desire. So if I may make a suggestion, write out a schedule ad stick to it.
