Drop it like its hot baby!

What up peeps? Hey you want to loose weight and get more defined with your workout? Well this is what you have to do. You have to eat 5 times a day to build up your metabolism. That means you should have a high protein diet. No fried food or fast food please. This should be a nice portion meal. Not too much and not too small. Have some breakfast and then a snack before lunch (fruit or nuts). After lunch,   have a mid day snack like some yogurt and or fruit. Finally, Dinner!

And with your workout, in order to get ripped you have to put in the hard work! Less weight more reps. Example: if you normally bench press 225lbs. 5 times; drop the weight down to 185 and press it 10 times for 4 reps! Remember cardio is very important. Don’t wait around between sets to hit it again. Keep the heart rate up to burn those calories.
