Good morning fam! Get up and get your workout on this morning. But remember to eat something before you exercise. Not a heavy meal. No, No, No, No! Have a piece of fruit like a banana, apple or both. Even a protein bar would be cool. Also, which is very important, WATER! But don’t drink a lot of it because it could make you sick. Drink just enough to wet your whistle in between sets.
